The Challenge

This project began with a vision: a pool accompanied by a stylish pool house that could double as a serene home office for the husband’s work-from-home days. However, midway through the design phase, Bethany Beach implemented new zoning laws, requiring us to reimagine the space entirely.

The Results

The Results – What emerged was a luxurious outdoor sanctuary. Anchored by a sprawling pool featuring an elegant tanning ledge spacious enough for the entire family, the design exudes sophistication and relaxation. A state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen, perfect for year-round entertaining, elevates the space’s functionality. Cascading waterfalls and artisanal water pots not only enhance the aesthetics but also provide a tranquil soundscape, shielding the oasis from road noise. This backyard is now the epitome of refined leisure, offering a hardworking family the ultimate escape in their own home.
