Can We Fit a Pool on This Lot?

The Challenge

The Challenge - Before our clients even bought this beach house, they stopped by our design studio and were lucky to catch Nicole and Joe in for the day. They had the plat plan for the property they wanted to buy and they asked the professionals if they could fit a pool on the lot. The dream was a beach house - but it had to have a pool in order to fulfill the families vision. Lucky for them - we knew we could make it happen for them.

The Results

The Results – How about room for a pool, tanning ledge, and spa? There is still green space for the family dog and plenty of additional patio for family time and sunbathing. The family bought their beach house and is living their best life. On crowded weekends and with traffic getting worse – they have their own backyard oasis to spend time in relax with family and friends.
