The Challenge
The Challenge - This house has the best of both worlds, bay side and just across the street is the Atlantic Ocean. Nice right? But the noise on busy route 1 was keeping our homeowner from enjoying his outdoor spaces and decks. The ground level was prone to coastal flooding. When Joe had the chance to meet with the customer and see the home, he immediately thought that the answer might be building a new ground floor - off the first floor deck!
The Results
The Results – Imagine walking right off your main living area and right onto your pool and patio area. This raised outdoor living space make great use of space with a pool, a year round spa, a waterwall that helps drown out the busy highway, and a firepit for when its too cold for water. Add the homeowners custom grill and everything you could need is in a 38 x 15 area. Wouldn’t you love a space like this to enjoy with your family and friends?
