Meet Captain
Captain has been in charge since he picked Joe as his human when Joe and Nicole went into the Rehoboth Beach location of the Delaware Humane Association. Captain is a lab mix. He loves to play ball more then anything else in the world. He's been known to get up in the chairs in Joe's office and help him work. He will probably bark when you pull up to let us all know you have arrived for your appointment.
