The number of jets is typically one grouping per person that the spa fits.
It sure can. It will take a little longer to heat your spa though as your hot water will be cascading out and it's not the most recommended design aspect if you want to use your spa year-round.
Yes! In the due diligence portion of our design project, this is something you can discuss with your designer.
