Project Manager

In Person $33.00 - $36.00 per hour Full-time

We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team and work with our crew and projects. As a Project Manager you will oversee all start-up phases of projects, maintain all deadlines, and ensure that clients remain thrilled by ensuring punch list items are completed within 2 weeks time.

As a Project Manager you must be a motivated leader who is highly organized and able to communicate effectively as a supervisor. Qualified candidates are able to influence others and create a team-oriented environment. You must be able to manage multiple projects while being innovative and creative in challenging situations. Experience in high end residential construction a must. Ability to multi-task a must.

Primary Job Functions

  • Maintain all schedules to deliver all construction projects on time
  • Communicate with clients on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Ensure all pre-construction permits and notices are obtained
  • Compare Contracts, Design, and Material Selections to ensure a 100% Match
  • Manage subcontractors, timelines, and allocations for each project
  • All punch list items completed to clients satisfaction within 2 weeks

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 3 Years Pool Construction Experience

  • Experience Reading Pool Design Including Plumbing Schematics, Hydraulic Layouts, and Structural Drawings

Success in this job will be dependent upon great communication skills both within our company and with clients and subcontractors. A successful senior project manager for Ashton Pools By Design will be able to ensure that all pre-construction items are completed and that the construction process stays on time and hits all deadlines. Punch list items will be completed for all clients within a 2 week time frame unless we have made prior arrangements and apprised the client. The project manager will work with and schedule existing subcontractors while also being proactive on adding additional amazing subcontractors into our team.

Monday – Friday based schedule. Some Saturdays may be warranted throughout training or during peak construction time.

Expected hours: 45 per week
